I use the Full spectrum daily when I get up in the morning. When I take it my morning aches and pains disappear within 30 minutes. I know this is effective as when I travel and unable to bring it with me I suffer those aches. I cannot take aspirin and this product safely takes the place of a pain reliever.

I've tried all the flavors. Strawberry is my favorite, but they are all good. Wish there was a variety option! They work as advertised. I don't use them for pain relief or sleep. These are my equivalent of having a glass (or two of wine in the evening. For that-- these are perfect for me.
